3.7 Members whose annual payments are in arrears are not eligible for election
and shall not attend or vote at any meeting of the Club.
i.e. Members who have not paid their annual subscription prior to the meeting may not attend

N.B. Please assist the Meeting by supplying the Honorary Secretary with questions in writing prior to the meeting and preferably by Wednesday 09 January. This will allow for the possibility of seeking advise from e.g. auditor or solicitor
