Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the

Carrickfergus Sailing Club

to be held in the Club House on

Wednesday 02 December 2009 immediately

after the Special General Meeting.

1.To approve the Minutes of the AGM held on 03 December 2008

2.To receive the Commodore’s Report

3.To receive the Honorary Secretary’s Report

4.To receive the Honorary Sailing Secretary’s Report

5.To receive the Honorary Treasurer’s Report (Auditor’s Report)

6.To accept the Annual Accounts

7.To elect a Management Committee consisting of:

Commodore, Vice Commodore, Captain, Vice Captain, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Sailing Secretary and two Members.

8.To elect an Assistant Honorary Secretary, Assistant Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Membership Secretary.

N.B. Please assist the Meeting by supplying the Honorary Secretary with any questions in writing prior to the meeting and preferably by Wednesday 25 November.
