Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of
CARRICKFERGUS AMATEUR ROWING CLUB

INCORPORATING CARRICKFERGUS SAILING CLUB LIMITED

to be held in the Club House on
Wednesday 23rd November 2011 at 7.30 pm.

AGENDA

1. Appointment of Tellers
2. To approve the Minutes of the AGM held on Friday 3rd December 2010
3. To receive the Commodore’s Report
4. To receive the Honorary Secretary’s Report
5. To receive the Honorary Sailing Secretary’s Report
6. To receive the Honorary Treasurer’s Report (Auditor’s Report)
7. To accept the Annual Accounts
8. To elect a Management Committee consisting of:
   Commodore, Vice Commodore, Captain, Vice Captain, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Sailing Secretary and two Members.
9. To elect an Assistant Honorary Secretary, Assistant Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Membership Secretary.

N.B. Please assist the Meeting by supplying the Honorary Secretary with questions in writing prior to the meeting and preferably by Wednesday 16th November. This will enable relevant professional advice to be sought from e.g. auditor or solicitor if necessary.
