SI 10. Replace the Course diagram with this one.

Insert the following as new Sailing Instructions 10.2 and 10.3:

10.2. Start – 1 – 2 – S/F – 3 – S/F – 1 – 2 S/F – 3 Finish

10.3. Boats shall pass through the Start/Finish line on legs from 2 to 3 and 3 to 1.
