Insert a new NoR 5.2 and renumber subsequent lines:

5.2 Briefing: Saturday 9th June at 10:30

Replace original NoR 5.4 (now 5.5 afer previous renumbering) with:

5.5. The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is 11:55 on Saturday and 10:25 on Sunday.

Replace SI 5.3 with:
