CLUB FUND RAISING AUCTION AND DISCO

25th SEPTEMBER 2010 - 8PM - LATE

£2 Cover Charge

The Club Committee needs your help and support in raising much needed funds and has organised an auction/raffle and disco on Sat 25th Sept (late bar).

For this event to be a success we are seeking donations from members, businesses etc, of items/services that could be auctioned, for example;

• Corporate Items (tee shirts, fleeces, umbrellas, golf balls, caps etc)
• Sailing paraphernalia
• Unwanted gifts
• Complimentary meals
• Beauty products/services
• Wine, Beer and Spirits
• Clothing
• Jewellery
• Watches
• MP3 player
• Electrical items
• Holiday lets
• Paintings

Thank you to those members and businesses that have donated so far. 

I would also ask the members again by way of a reminder, do you have any of these items or do you know of someone or some business who has and would be willing to donate to the auction.  If you wish to donate an item/service or know of someone who will please contact Gary Mc Farland or a Committee member or leave your item behind the bar and come along with your friends on the 25th.

Please note that all items should be new and unused.
