Congratulations to Megan Pascoe from England on winning the 2.4mR Irish Championships which were held at CSC on 30th June & 1st July.
Megan was the overall winner with an impressive six 1st places out of the six races before discard.
German entrant Ulli Libor was second ahead of another GBR entrant Nev Millard in third place.
The 1st Irish boat was John Patrick in 7th place overall with 1st Irish disabled sailor Georgina Griffin in 10th place overall.
The fleet of seventeen boats enjoyed excellent racing on both the Saturday and Sunday in good winds and brilliant sunshine. A great event for CSC and congratulations to Race Officer Trevor Kirkpatrick and all the on water and on shore volunteers who made this a successful event for the competitors and Club.
