An exciting opportunity has arisen for a catering franchisee to work in partnership with the Club. The Club was formed in 1866 and has approximately 300 members. Our modern club house has panoramic views of Belfast Lough and offers excellent facilities.
Potential partners should bring experience and knowledge to this critical function as well as the passion to develop our catering operation for our members and their guests.
You will be required to provide the following catering service:
- A catering service on Friday, Saturday & Sunday to meet the needs of our members, their guests and visiting sailors.
- A range of good quality catering to include short order items, bar snacks, light meals and dinners, across our bar and dining room.
- Additional catering services for members including competition days, club racing and other club and member functions such as weddings, theme nights and funerals.
- A flexible and proactive approach to the club’s catering requirements.
Further detailed information on Catering Agreement and Franchise conditions are available below. Length of contract and other conditions are negotiable and can be discussed at interview. The preferred start for the new franchisee would be as soon as possible.
